Pricing
The four tiers.
Tiers apply per line, automatically, on the order that reaches them — not on the next one, and not after a conversation.

All figures net of VAT. Tier discounts apply to the product line, not to delivery or tinting.

At 1 400 m² this order reaches tier three — a difference of 6 820 PLN net against base, applied without being asked for.

Terms, in plain words.
Minimum order
3 000 PLN net per delivery. Below that we will still quote, but the consignment travels on a pallet network rate rather than our own vehicle.
02Price validity
Quoted prices hold for 30 days. Under a programme agreement they hold for the term, with a single indexation clause tied to the manufacturer's published list.
03Payment
Pro-forma on a first order. Thirty days from an approved account, sixty under a contract agreement, with retention released on completion rather than invoice date.
04Batch reservation
Calibrated tile, laminate decor and paint tint batches reserved in your name against a take-off, drawn down phase by phase for up to eighteen months.
05Returns
Unopened full pallets in original wrapping, within 90 days, against a credit note less 15 % restocking. Made-to-order lines are non-returnable.
06How an account runs
Four steps, start to close-out.

Take-off
Send drawings, a bill of quantities or a room schedule. We price it line by line against the tiers your volume reaches, including wastage.
- 02
Batch reservation
Calibrated tile, laminate decor and paint tint batches are reserved in your name for the programme, not drawn from general stock.
- 03
Sequenced delivery
Materials arrive in trade order — shell, then first fix, then finishes — so nothing sits on site absorbing damp or getting damaged.
- 04
Close-out
Surplus full pallets taken back within ninety days. Batch certificates, declarations of performance and warranties issued as one pack.

Do you sell to individuals, or trade only?
Trade only. We supply contractors, developers, fit-out firms, installers and retailers holding a valid NIP or EU VAT number. Minimum order value is 3 000 PLN net.
Are the prices on this site the prices I pay?
The figure shown against every product is our base wholesale tier, net of VAT, at the stated minimum order quantity. Tiers two and three apply automatically at five and ten pallets. Contract pricing is quoted against a programme.
How fast can material be on site?
Stocked lines ordered before 14:00 dispatch the same day and arrive the next working morning anywhere in Poland. Made-to-order items — doors, tinted paint, clay roof tiles — carry the lead time shown on the product.
Can you match a batch we have already started?
Usually, if the collection is current. Send the batch and calibre codes from the packaging and we will check what the mill still holds before you commit.
What happens to material we over-ordered?
Unopened full pallets in original wrapping come back within ninety days against a credit note, less a fifteen percent restocking charge. Made-to-order lines are non-returnable.
Do you deliver outside Poland?
Yes — Germany, Czechia, Slovakia, Lithuania and Austria on standard groupage, typically 48 to 72 hours. Other EU destinations are quoted per consignment.
